Whistle again wonderful

Did the Vancouver Giants give up too quickly on Jackson Whistle? If so, the Kelowna Rockets are glad they did. The Giants fourth round pick in the 2010 WHL Bantam draft stole the show in the Rockets 3-2 win Wednesday night over the Edmonton Oil Kings. Whistle made several solid stops in his teams 5th straight home ice win and 11th victory of the season. Whistle improved his overall record to 4-0-0-0 this season and has established himself as more than an adequate replacement to injured starter Jordon Cooke.

That was a big win. Edmonton is a good team.

Regan, Obviously this team is going to start receiving a lot more attention now that they have knocked off two of the teams in the top ten in the country... do you think they know how good they could be? or are they still ignorant to this fact? I hope the latter is true... :) They could be very, very good when they are 100% healthy... like that will ever happen with Sammy Salo/Chapman on the roster! hehe!
On to more important topics... when the Riders beat Calgary on Sunday... do you come down with an illness next weekend and can't work the back to back games in Tri-cities? hehe! That's gonna be a really hard decision for you!!
